The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) wants to hear from you about climate action in your community!

DEP is asking for your input as it develops a Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) using funding from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Program. DEP is administering the CPRG Program funded by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) which provides grants to local governments to implement projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and other air pollutants.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has opened the Agriculture Energy Efficiency Rebate Program.  The rebate program can help defray the costs of LED lighting, ventilation equipment, or dairy equipment upgrades for farms. Rebates are available to eligible applicants for up to 50% of total equipment purchases and installation cost.
